This book does a good job at compiling the different perspectives and angles around business transformation and more in particular the digital one。 It is not a 'how do I' type of book but rather a helicopter view to help you understand what a 'digital native organisation' is and how you can get to it。 There are some good frameworks in here and therefore very helpfull in setting out your journey。 I particularly liked and agree with the authors on the importance of change and the people componant。 This book does a good job at compiling the different perspectives and angles around business transformation and more in particular the digital one。 It is not a 'how do I' type of book but rather a helicopter view to help you understand what a 'digital native organisation' is and how you can get to it。 There are some good frameworks in here and therefore very helpfull in setting out your journey。 I particularly liked and agree with the authors on the importance of change and the people componant。 Only at the end we learn that 75% of these journey's fail， so while there are bread crumbs in the book about why this is so， this is obviously the next interesting question to tackle。 。。。more
